All services such as website design, branding, and digital marketing are delivered digitally, via email, cloud links, or project management tools.
Once a project begins, you will receive updates and drafts according to the agreed project timeline.
Final deliverables will be provided in the agreed format (e.g., PDF, PSD, Figma link, website access).

2. Project Timeline

Delivery times depend on the scope and complexity of the project.
Typical timelines:
- Website Design: 1–4 weeks depending on complexity
- Branding & Logo Design: 5–10 business days
- Digital Marketing Strategy: 3–7 business days
Timelines may be adjusted based on client feedback and revision rounds.

3. Communication

All updates, drafts, and files are sent via email or project management tools agreed upon with the client.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate.
We recommend checking spam/junk folders to ensure no messages are missed.

4. Physical Materials (Optional)

If your project includes any physical materials, such as printed branding materials, shipping details will be confirmed individually.
Delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

5. No Delays from Client Side

Delays caused by late feedback, missing assets, or delayed approvals may affect the delivery timeline.
AG OPTIMS is not responsible for delays caused by the client.
