  • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any work without explicit permission.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, assets, and materials as needed

  • Respond promptly to communication from AG OPTIMS

  • Approve or request revisions within a reasonable timeframe

Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • AG OPTIMS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

  • We make reasonable efforts to deliver quality services, but do not guarantee specific results or business outcomes.

  • Your use of our services is at your own risk.

8. Termination

AG OPTIMS reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • A client violates these Terms

  • Payment is not received according to agreed terms

  • Communication or project requirements cannot be met

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
